The REDYSIGN-project is developing the next generation of sustainable packaging for fresh meat products. The project aims to replace conventional packaging with fully biobased, recyclable solutions featuring smart functionalities that help maintain product quality and reduce environmental impact.
On 7–8 October, RISE PFI will welcome the REDYSIGN consortium to Trondheim, Norway, for the project’s next Consortium Meeting.
As REDYSIGN enters its fourth and final year, this two-day gathering will provide an important opportunity to review progress, share insights and align on the activities that will bring the project towards its final objectives.
During the meeting, partners will reflect on the results achieved over the past six months, discuss ongoing challenges and define priorities and actions for the period ahead. The agenda will also include coordination of upcoming events, technical sessions and training activities as the project moves closer to its final milestones.

A visit to RISE PFI’s facilities will also give partners the opportunity to explore our expertise in fibre-based materials and processes, and learn more about the work we are contributing to REDYSIGN.
We look forward to productive discussions, strengthened collaboration and an exciting final year for the project.
