We’re happy to announce that we have four new colleagues at RISE PFI. A warm welcome to Marija Dubackic, Christian Sant Gjermestad, Ellinor Bævre Heggset and Eirik Risebrobakken.
Marija Dubackic started as a post.doc at RISE PFI on 16 September 2024, and will work in the “BlockLayers” project. Marija comes from a post.doc position at the University of Lund (Sweden), where she has also previously obtained a PhD in Physical Chemistry.
Christian Sant Gjermestad started as a research scientist at RISE PFI on 01 October 2024. Christian is in the final sprint with a PhD in chemistry at the University of Bergen, where he has worked with the processing of lignin products and catalysis.
Ellinor Bævre Heggset started as a senior research scientist at RISE PFI on 15 October 2024. She previously held a position as senior advisor in Bioeconomy at Trøndelag County Municipality. Prior to that, she worked for several years at RISE PFI, where she was a senior research scientist until 2021. Ellinor has a PhD in biotechnology from NTNU.
Eirik Risebrobakken started as an engineer at RISE PFI on 1 November 2024. Eirik is newly graduated with a Bachelor in chemical engineering from NTNU.
