Sustainable fish feed from Norwegian forest-based biomass
The goal of the «FôrNor”-project is to develop a fish feed with high content of single cell protein (SCP) from Norwegian forest-based biomass, and thereby be able to produce a completely new product meeting the market’s and society’s increasing demand for alternative, sustainable and locally produced fish feed ingreedients.
