Our laboratory services are operative, and we continue to offer laboratory, research and innovation services to our customers
Our business continues and we are adapting to the current situation, following the recommendations and directives from authorities. We are continuously updating our internal guidelines accordingly – guidelines that we also employ when interacting with our customers, partners and suppliers.
Since 12 March and until further notice is given, all employees who have tasks that can be performed remotely perform their work from home in order to further limit the spread of infection.
For the same reason, we have put all work travels on hold. Similarly, we do not perform any physical meetings with customers and partners at our premises in the current situation. We are well set up with digital communication and meeting tools and perform meetings with customers and partners via digital platforms.
