Neoteric Biomaterials for hIPSCs Monitorized Differentiation to RGCs: Creation, Microfabrication & Microfluidics

Prosjektet vil utvikle nye avanserte støttematerialer som stamceller (iPSC – Induced Pluripotent StemCells) kan vokse i, og hvor iPSC-celler kan differensieres til nye typer celler som RGC-celler (retinale ganglionceller). De nye støttematerialene vil kunne gi grunnlaget for en ny type celleterapibehandling for pasienter med skader på synsnerven (optisk nevropati).
